Shipping policy

We currently ship products within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Please allow approximately one to two weeks for shipping and handling. Orders generally leave our facility near the beginning of the week. This helps reduce the possibility of packages remaining in transit over a weekend.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout. Delivery dates shown by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and monitoring tracking information. Please refrigerate products promptly upon delivery. We recommend arranging for someone to receive the package, especially during warm weather.

Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, emergencies, and other circumstances outside our control may delay shipment. We may hold an order temporarily when shipping conditions could compromise product quality.

If your package arrives damaged or otherwise appears unsafe, please take photographs and email hq@ifeelhuman-again.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, shipping label, packaging, and affected products.
