Refund policy

Because our products are refrigerated and perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, or different from what you ordered, please email hq@ifeelhuman-again.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include:

• Your name and order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage

If your claim qualifies, we will replace the affected product at no additional cost. Please do not return perishable products unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

We cannot replace products because of personal taste preferences, an incorrect or incomplete shipping address supplied by the customer, or a delivery that was left unattended after the carrier confirmed delivery.

Our products contain living cultures that naturally produce gas. Some package expansion may be normal and does not necessarily indicate spoilage. However, please contact us within 24 hours if a package arrives damaged or otherwise appears unsafe.

If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a comparable product or refund the affected item at our discretion.
